After years of never being able to get into any sport, Sara, with her kindness and professionalism, managed to make me fall in love with this discipline: pole dancing. Without any dance background or great physical ability, Sara made me believe in myself, helping me overcome my limits and fears and always pushing me to do more. I absolutely recommend it, both because it's a complete sport that engages every muscle in the body and because it greatly helps one's self-esteem.

As a former competitive volleyball player, I never thought I'd enjoy a primarily individual sport so much! Above all, I never thought I'd be able to get to where I am now, and for that I have to thank Sara because, even though I've only recently taken up this sport, her passion and skill have really captivated me. I can officially say it's addictive.

Pole dancing is good for the body and soul. Sara is incredibly talented and engaging in her classes! Classes are available for adults and children, including pole dancing, aerial hoops, and silks. The gym is in a very convenient location. Highly recommended!

What can I say? This course is simply fantastic! The teacher, Sara, is incredibly sweet and equally professional. She manages to instil a tremendous energy, gradually pushing us beyond our limits with the right preparation. The best!
